With the swearing in of Obama as President of the United States of America, it’s an historic first in that this is the first time in American history that someone with a direct family link to an actual tribe has been president!

Obama’s father is from the African tribe Luo. Below is a picture of Luo tribe members performing a tribal dance. The Luo tribe inhabits parts of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania in Africa.

Also pictured below is an example of Luo architecture! Isn’t that something! It rivals the Pantheon and the Roman Coliseum! It’s interesting to note that the Roman Coliseum was built after the Romans wiped Israel off the map. They used the gold they took from the Jewish Temple to pay for the building of the Coliseum.
